• Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early arrival or late departure: Luggage storage is available free of charge.
• Late check-out is available for an additional fee of 15,000 HUF per room (until 6:00 PM). Please note that availability may vary, so we kindly recommend checking the details with our hotel reception. Thank you!

The entire hotel is a non-smoking area, including balconies. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

Hotel guests receive one free charge during their stay.

Small pets (max. 25 kg) are allowed in designated rooms under the guest’s supervision for an extra fee of 5,000 HUF per night (without food).
Pets can only access designated areas without disturbing other guests. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant, wellness area, or leisure room. Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
If a pet disrupts hotel operations or other guests, the management reserves the right to deny further accommodation for the pet.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

• Our child discounts are valid up to 12 years of age.
• For children up to 3 years old, the hotel stay is free of charge if they sleep between the parents or if you bring your own travel cot. If you choose this option, please do not indicate the child under 3 separately when requesting an offer or making a reservation; simply mention in the notes that they will be travelling with you.
• A baby cot is available for young children at an additional charge.
• High chairs, baby bathtubs, step stools for the sink, and toilet seats are available free of charge upon request.
• Facilities for heating baby food are also available.

General cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions for accommodation ordered and confirmed in writing:

• You can cancel free of charge more than 7 days before arrival.
• In case of a no-show, the full room rate for the entire stay will be charged.
• Cancellations and modifications are accepted in writing only, by email or by post.

New Year’s Eve Bo Cancellation Policy

New Year’s Eve bookings are subject to advance payment. The total amount of the confirmed reservation must be paid by 1 October 2026. Cancellation policy for written and confirmed New Year’s Eve reservations: If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival and no rescheduling to another date is requested, the deposit will be refunded. A one-time handling fee of HUF 3,000 applies to the refund. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, the paid amount is non-refundable. Cancellations and modifications are accepted in written form only, by email or by post.

Prepaid / Non-Refundable Bookings
he condition for a discounted booking is that the full amount of the reservation must be paid within 3 days. Payment can be made by online credit/debit card or Bank-transfer. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Changing Your Reservation: If the package allows modifications, the change must be requested no later than 10 days prior to arrival. The new date must fall within 3 months from the date the modification request is made. Changes are subject to availability and the prices valid at the time of modification.

• If the new booking is cheaper than the original, the difference is not refundable.
• If the new booking is more expensive, the price difference is payable on arrival.

Reservations that are not paid within the deadline will be automatically cancelled.

Guests can park in front of the hotel or in the courtyard.
Parking areas are monitored by cameras but are not guarded. Parking costs: 750 HUF / Night

• For children, we offer a playroom and, from April to October, a playground, trampoline, and zipline.

• Our 100 m² indoor wellness area is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and features: Thermal swimming pool (29-30°C) / Jacuzzi (32-34°C) / Tropical experience shower / bucket shower/ Kneipp therapy / Infrared sauna/ Finnish sauna / Steam cabin / Saltchamber
• Kültéri jakuzzi (32-34°C), gyerekpancsoló (32°-34°C), 8:00 -20:00 óra között használható (májustól-szeptemberig, a nyitvatartás az időjárás függvényében változhat).
