Check in - check out
The hotel rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in time). On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest (check-out time).
Cancellation costs:
Cancellations must be made in writing
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, via hotel inbox, are free of charge
For cancellations up to 7-3 days before arrival, inbox hotel, we charge 1 day room fee
For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, inbox hotel, we charge 2 days room fees
Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the booked services.
Pets
Smaller pets (up to 25 kg body weight) are allowed in a limited number, under the supervision of the owners, for an additional charge (2,000 HUF /night - without board). Pets are allowed to enter the room through the hotel lobby, but they are not allowed to disturb the rest of other hotel guests. They are prohibited in other rooms such as the restaurant, wellness area, fitness room and leisure rooms (billiards, conference room). The animal owners are liable for any damage to property and personal injury caused. The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse further accommodation for the pet if it disrupts other hotel guests or the proper functioning of the hotel.
Smoke
Smoking is prohibited in the entire area of the hotel, so you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area in the yard.
